- Enhanced - Email + Phone verified
- Complete - Email + Phone + Company info verified
3Post Your First Job
Once verified, you can post jobs immediately. Include clear job details to attract the right candidates.

Writing Great Job Posts
A well-written job post attracts better candidates. Here are our tips:
Do
- Use a clear, specific job title
- Include salary or salary range
- List actual day-to-day responsibilities
- Be specific about required vs. preferred qualifications
- Mention remote/hybrid/on-site status
- Include your company culture highlights
Avoid
- Vague titles like "Superstar Wanted"
- "Competitive salary" without specifics
- Unrealistic requirement lists
- Requiring 5+ years for "entry-level"
- Copy-pasting generic descriptions
- Leaving out location information
Managing Your Jobs
Job Expiration
Jobs automatically expire after 60 days to keep our listings fresh and relevant. You'll see expiration badges on your dashboard:
- Expiring Soon - Less than 14 days remaining
- Expired - Job is no longer visible to candidates
Refreshing Jobs
Still hiring? Click the Refresh button on your dashboard to extend your job for another 60 days. This also bumps your listing in search results.
Bulk Upload
Hiring for multiple positions? Use our bulk upload feature to post many jobs at once using a CSV file. Access it from your employer dashboard.
