Duties Assist senior plumbers with the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems on construction sites. Learn to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to understand project requirements.

Operate hand tools, power tools, and pipe threading equipment safely and efficiently. Support the assembly and installation of piping, fixtures, and HVAC components according to specifications. Participate in remodeling projects, maintenance tasks, and system troubleshooting under supervision.

Contribute to site safety protocols by adhering to OSHA standards and best practices. Help with the inspection of plumbing systems to ensure quality standards are met throughout each phase of construction. Skills Strong interest or background in construction plumbing, carpentry, or mechanical systems.

Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and pipe threading techniques. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams related to plumbing and HVAC systems. Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and understanding technical specifications.

Experience or knowledge of construction site safety procedures and OSHA regulations. Mechanical aptitude with an understanding of system assembly, remodeling, and maintenance tasks. Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.
