The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing first-line technical support for network issues. You will work closely with senior network engineers and other teams to resolve basic network problems and assist with routine network operations. Responsibilities: • Triage and manage tickets escalated to the networking team, ensuring issues are prioritized and addressed promptly. • Provide remote troubleshooting assistance to customers for network issues over the phone. • Collaborate with other teams and customers to identify and resolve network issues.

Assist in triaging wireless networking problems and work towards their resolution. • Participate in maintaining and updating network documentation, including diagrams and technical notes. • Support basic network maintenance tasks such as monitoring network performance and reporting any anomalies.
Occasionally travel for on-site network installations or troubleshooting (may include long distance and overnight travel). • Ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. Requirements: • Either possess or be willing to obtain Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification within 6 months of employment.
