This full-time, field-based position involves working in and around trenches, supporting underground pipe installation, and handling physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced construction environment.

Here, youre not just a number you're part of the family. Key Responsibilities • Work alongside excavation and pipe crews on underground utility installations and sitework projects. • Assist with trench preparation, pipe laying, backfilling, and compacting tasks.

• Perform physical labor including lifting 50+ lbs, using hand tools, and operating in tight or confined spaces. • Support equipment operators and supervisors to ensure safe and productive jobsite operations. • Maintain awareness of jobsite safety standards and follow all OSHA and company protocols.
• Perform general labor tasks such as material staging, cleanup, and tool handling. • Show initiative to learn new skills and grow within the construction trade. Qualifications • 1+ year of general construction or labor experience preferred; entry-level candidates with strong work ethic encouraged to apply.
• Willingness and ability to perform physically demanding work in all weather conditions. • Comfortable working in trenches, underground, or in tight spaces as needed. • Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly throughout the workday.
• High school diploma or GED preferred. • Strong attitude, reliability, and desire to grow in the industry.
