What You’ll Be Doing • Perform basic maintenance and repair tasks including painting, minor plumbing, and electrical work. • Conduct routine inspections of common areas and apartments to identify maintenance needs.

Assist with furniture setup, seasonal maintenance (e.g., snow removal, landscaping), and make-ready tasks. • Respond promptly to resident maintenance requests with professionalism and courtesy. • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety guidelines.
Collaborate with senior technicians on more complex repair projects and preventive maintenance. What You’ll Bring • 1+ year of maintenance or related experience. • High school diploma or equivalent.
