WHAT YOU’LL DO - Lead implementation of complex projects to establish Ramp.com http://Ramp.com as the gold standard for brand and product marketing - Work with designers and engineers to maintain and enhance Ramp's brand design system and component library, ensuring consistency across the site - Partner with designers to create interactive experiences that drive site engagement - Design and unblock yourself when design resources are constrained - Work closely with the paid ads and growth teams to conduct A/B testing on landing pages for multi-channel lead generation WHAT YOU NEED - Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a front-end or design engineer, ideally on a marketing site - Strong skills in React, CSS and modern frameworks (we use Next.js and Tailwind) - A portfolio site that demonstrates your previous work - Deep understanding of responsive design and design-to-code workflows. - Experience maintaining a reusable component library and sweating the design details in code - Stellar communication skills with a proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams - Desire to work in a fast-paced environment, continuously grow, and master your craft NICE TO HAVE - Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices - Experience with web animations (e.g., GSAP, Motion), 3D libraries, or interactive storytelling - Experience working with a CMS (e.g., Sanity) BENEFITS (FOR U.S.-BASED FULL-TIME EMPLOYEES) - 100% medical, dental & vision insurance coverage for you - Partially covered for your dependents - One Medical annual membership - 401k (including employer match on contributions made while employed by Ramp) - Flexible PTO - Fertility HRA (up to $10,000 per year) - Parental Leave - Pet insurance - Centralized home-office equipment ordering for all employees - Health and Wellness stipend - In-office perks: lunch, snacks, drinks, and more - Budget for intra-office travel - Relocation support to NYC or SF (as needed) REFERRAL INSTRUCTIONS If you are being referred for the role, please contact that person to apply on your behalf.
