SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY!!! Immediate Hire: Chesapeake Home Health Care is currently hiring a Part-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Care Companion (CC) in Clinton, MD. We are looking for people with a passion to serve and who love what they do.

HOURS: Days and Hours are Flexible depending on the case POSITION SUMMARY A CNA or care companion provides essential care and support to individuals in a home setting while traveling to different locations for assignments. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES · Provide companionship to the client · Prepare and serve meals and/or snacks · Provide grooming and dressing guidance · Provide light housekeeping · Provide laundry and linen service to include washing, ironing, and folding clothes · Provide shopping service to the client to include grocery and clothes shopping · Provide assistance and planning of the client’s recreational activities and events · May remind the client of medication · Serve as a companion to clients · May assist with transporting clients to and from appointments, errands, activities, etc. · Medication reminders · Preparing meals · Interpersonal skills, including exceptional patience and listening skills · The ability to provide care across a variety of settings, including group homes, day services programs, in-client homes, etc.
