Entry-Level Mechanic / Technician

Joe’s JeepJungle is seeking a motivated, dependable Entry-Level Mechanic / Technician to join our growing team. This hands-on role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in the automotive and off-road industry, with a strong focus on Jeep maintenance, repairs, and light customizations. You’ll play a key role in ensuring every vehicle meets our high standards for safety, performance, and quality.

If you’re passionate about vehicles, eager to learn, and want to grow in the off-road and Jeep industry, we’d love to hear from you Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities Routine Maintenance & Inspections: Perform preventative maintenance including oil changes, fluid services, battery testing, brake inspections, and general vehicle inspections. Minor Repairs & Mechanical Support: Assist with minor engine and drivetrain repairs and support senior technicians with more advanced mechanical work as skills develop. Wheel & Tire Services: Mount and balance wheels and tires using Hunter mounting and balancing equipment.

Shop Standards & Safety: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all shop procedures and safety guidelines. Quality Control: Ensure all work is completed accurately and efficiently, meeting Joe’s JeepJungle quality standards. Qualifications: Skills & Qualifications Experience: Entry-level automotive experience or technical schooling preferred; proficiency with basic preventative maintenance such as oil changes and battery testing required.

Mechanical Aptitude: Strong interest in learning automotive systems, especially Jeep and off-road applications. Attention to Detail: Commitment to high-quality workmanship and doing the job right the first time. Communication: Ability to clearly communicate with team members and follow written and verbal instructions.

Team Player: Positive attitude and ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift 50+ lbs, and work with hand and power tools.
