Position Summary The Apprentice/Helper plays a critical role in supporting our technicians with installation, maintenance, inspections, and light repairs.

This is an entry-level position designed for someone eager to learn the trade through hands-on experience and structured development. Your primary goal in this role is to master the fundamentals of the electrical trade while delivering exceptional service and professionalism in every customer interaction. This role works closely with Lead Technicians and reports directly to the Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities Technical Support • Assist technicians with electrical service, repair, and installation tasks. • Observe, learn, and apply all aspects of the electrical trade. • Operate tools safely and correctly while following all safety protocols.

Customer Experience • Maintain a clean, respectful presence in customer homes, including wearing floor savers and keeping work areas tidy. • Represent us with professionalism, courtesy, and a customer-first mindset. Team Operations • Maintain an organized job site and a well-inventoried truck.

• Complete all required paperwork accurately and on time. • Participate in all training, morning meetings, and company events. • Follow Code of Ethics, Team Rules, and Core Values.

Safety & Accountability • Always work safely—both on the job and while driving company vehicles. • Arrive on time, prepared, and ready to learn. • Complete apprentice phases within required timelines.

Qualifications • Positive attitude and willingness to learn • Mechanical aptitude and interest in the electrical trade • Clean, professional appearance • Strong communication and customer service skills • Able to work independently and as part of a team • Ambitious, reliable, and eager to grow • 1+ years of experience preferred but not required • Service Titan experience is a plus! Physical Demands • Climbing ladders and equipment regularly • Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and carry it up to 250 feet unassisted • Use of handheld power tools • Must wear required PPE • Ability to work more than 40 hours per week, up to 12-hour days when needed Work Environment • Indoor and outdoor work in all weather conditions • Standing or working on concrete and uneven surfaces for extended periods • Occasional work in tight, awkward, or confined spaces • Exposure to odors, dust, noise, and debris associated with electrical repair work Core Values Family: Treat every customer and teammate like family.
