TradeWorX Job Description –Framing & Remodeling Carpenter • Frame Construction –Build, assemble, and install wood and metal framing for residential and commercial structures according to blueprints and specifications. • Remodeling Work –Perform demolition, repair, and reconstruction tasks including walls, ceilings, floors, windows, and doors. • Finish Carpentry –Install trim, molding, cabinetry, and other finishing details with precision and quality craftsmanship.

Blueprint & Measurement Reading –Accurately read and interpret plans, drawings, and measurements to ensure proper layout and construction. • Tool & Equipment Operation –Safely use hand tools, power tools, and machinery to complete carpentry and remodeling tasks efficiently. • Site Safety & Cleanliness –Follow all safety guidelines, maintain a clean job site, and work collaboratively with other trades and crew members.

Must Haves: • Commercial and residential carpentry experience • Able to read blueprints and schematics. • Able to work with other carpenters on the jobsite and effectively communicate to complete assignments. • General carpentry hand tools and knowledge of power tools associated with the trade.

Ability to cut, measure, fit material as needed. Skilled with using levels, squares, and measurements to ensure accuracy. • Valid driver's license with transportation.
