Given our rapid portfolio growth, coupled with ownership's desire to develop and hold rather than sell the timing is ideal for qualified candidates to come on-board. We're currently seeking a Carpenter/Caulker/Apprentice for our multi-family and commercial portfolio of properties. Candidate will work full-time out of our South Plainfield offce, South Plainfield, NJ.

but will be assigned to various locations as needed This position is Monday through Friday Responsibilities: Responsibilities Assist in Commercial Division as a Carpenter / Caulker / Apprentice • Assist in Finding Leaks • Set Up and Work on Scaffolding, Ladders and Aerial Lifts • Carpentry and Labor Work • Cut out old caulking and reapply new caulking in a neat clean matter Please note: Those with primarily Residential Experience will not be considered. Commercial exp. required.
