Job Summary The Experienced Carpenter position at Smithouse requires a multi-talented individual.

The Carpenter effectively completes hands-on production and managerial tasks. An effective Carpenter consistently meets the Company Carpentry Principles and understands basic managerial concepts and methods necessary for the supervision and coordination of labor forces on individual projects. Requirements for an Experienced Carpenter Minimum 5 years experience in residential construction General knowledge of all facets of residential construction including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, insulation, roofing, siding, drywall, and interiors Company Values 1.
