Job Overview We are seeking a motivated Apprentice Concrete Finisher to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be training with an expert concrete finisher responsible for shaping, smoothing, and finishing concrete surfaces to ensure high-quality results on a variety of projects, mainly residential, but also commercial. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects that challenge your skills and expand your experience in masonry.

Responsibilities • Work with expert finisher to prepare and set forms for concrete pouring, ensuring proper alignment and stability. • Operate hand tools and heavy equipment to pour, spread, level, and finish concrete surfaces. • Apply finishing techniques to enhance surface appearance and durability • Perform related tasks such as caulking, plastering, stucco application, or trim as needed for project completion • Assist with concrete pouring operations using concrete pumps or mixers while adhering to safety standards for heavy lifting and site safety protocols • Perform site cleanup as necessary to maintain a safe and organized work environment.

Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while operating equipment and handling materials. Required Skills and Qualifications • Masonry or Carpentry, or similar trade school certificate/diploma. • Some familiarity with operating power tools safely.
