Key Responsibilities • Assist in the assembly, installation, and dismantling of scaffolding structures under the supervision of experienced scaffolders. • Transport and organize scaffolding materials and equipment on site. • Inspect scaffolding components for damage or wear and report any safety concerns immediately.

• Maintain a clean and organized worksite to ensure safety and efficiency. • Follow safety protocols, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). • Support other construction team members as needed with basic manual tasks.
• Respond promptly to instructions from supervisors and team leads. Required Skills and Qualifications • Basic understanding of scaffolding and construction site operations is a plus but not mandatory. • Physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry heavy materials.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards. • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment. • Good communication skills in English for basic workplace interactions.

Experience • No prior experience is required; this is an entry-level position. • On-the-job training will be provided to all new hires to ensure competence and safety in scaffolding tasks. Working Hours • Full-time position, typically 8–10 hours per day.
