Construction Driller Apprentice

Location: Newburg Job Title: Well Driller Apprentice Job Description Join our team as a Driller Apprentice, where you will support drilling operations primarily in residential construction sites across Central PA, Western Maryland, Eastern Panhandle of WV, and Northern Virginia. This role involves operating heavy equipment, assisting in mechanical repairs, and ensuring efficient site preparation. You will be home each night, except for occasional overnight travel, with typical work hours ranging from 10 to 12 hours per day.

Responsibilities • Assist with loading materials and fueling vehicles each morning • Drive the rig or service truck, requiring a CDL license (Company will pay for you to get your CDL!) • Perform labor-intensive tasks to support drilling operations • Communicate effectively and work as a team to ensure project success • Learn and master the helper role with the goal of advancing to a driller position Essential Skills • Clean driving record • Experience operating heavy equipment • Mechanical skills, preferably with diesel engines • Ability to lift 75 lbs Additional Skills & Qualifications • Welding experience • Construction experience • 2-3 years of experience in heavy equipment or farming or landscaping • Ability to work in various weather conditions. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
