Join our Data Analytics team as a Working Student and explore the world of data analytics while seeing how it shapes real products.

In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our teams to turn data into insights and contribute to decisions that truly matter, all while developing your skills and gaining hands-on experience in a collaborative, dynamic environment.

In this role you will:

• Support the Data Analytics team in collecting, maintaining, and analyzing data related to Product, Fraud, and Customer Support, including exploring user behavior to identify patterns and opportunities.
• Assist in translating product and business questions into analyses, metrics, and hypotheses, with guidance from the team.
• Help build clear and simple insights that make data easier to understand and use across the organization.
• Work closely with various teams to support data-informed decision-making.
• Support the identification of gaps in tracking and contribute to improving data quality and product instrumentation.
• Assist in creating and maintaining dashboards and reports to help teams monitor user behaviour.

Your profile

• You are currently enrolled in a STEM-related degree or in Data Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science at a university in Hamburg or the greater Hamburg area.
• First hands-on exposure to data analytics through internships or student jobs is a big plus.
• You have basic knowledge of SQL and Python and some exposure to data visualization or BI tools.
• You bring strong analytical and detail-oriented skills, and enjoy working with numbers and data.
• You are curious, motivated, and eager to learn, comfortable asking questions and taking ownership in a fast-paced environment.
• You work proactively and independently, thrive in ambiguous situations, and enjoy collaborating with different teams.
• You communicate clearly and confidently, with fluency in written and spoken English.

Ideally, you can support us between 16-20 hours per week.

Please note: this is not a remote only position, we offer you a flexible hybrid model here in Hamburg, Germany - working from home on Mondays & Fridays, coming to the office on Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday!
