After completing our program, you will obtain the Safelite SafeTech certification, empowering you to perform glass repairs, replacements, and recalibrations independently. Your Responsibilities • Gain practical experience by assisting with the installation and repair of auto glass.

• Learn to recalibrate automotive safety systems and conduct diagnostic testing. • Offer additional services and products to enhance customer satisfaction. • Study and pass tests to become a certified Safelite Technician.
• Safely operate company vehicles and use company-issued tools and chemicals. • Complete other duties as assigned and adhere to all company policies and standards. What We Offer • Competitive weekly pay starting at $19.25/hour, increasing to $22.75/hour after training and certification.
• Earn incentives for selling customer safety products, such as wiper blades. • Promotion potential after your first year based on performance metrics. • Comprehensive benefits package valued at over $10K, including a 401(k) plan with company matching, medical coverage, paid time off, holidays, and paid volunteer days.

Education and Experience Requirements • High School Diploma or GED preferred. • Valid state-issued driver’s license required. • Must be 18 years of age or older.

Skills and Abilities • Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally. • Ability to stand for extended periods and work in tight spaces. • Proficient in safely using hand and power tools.

• Capable of complying with vehicle operation laws and policies regarding safety monitoring. • Strong focus on outstanding customer service and professionalism. • Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Proficient in using computerized diagnostic tools. • Problem-solving ability, whether independently or collaboratively. • Effective communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to dress code and safety regulations under pressure.
