Overview We are seeking an energetic and motivated Residential Plumbing Apprentice to join our dynamic team.

This paid apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to develop essential skills in plumbing, construction, and mechanical systems while gaining hands-on experience on real job sites. Responsibilities Assist senior plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance of residential plumbing systems.

Learn to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to understand project requirements. Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques safely and effectively. Support the setup and teardown of construction sites, including carpentry and remodeling tasks.

Participate in troubleshooting mechanical issues related to plumbing and HVAC systems. Help with pipe installation, assembly, and basic maintenance tasks across various projects. Follow safety protocols consistently to ensure a secure work environment on all construction sites.

Experience No prior professional experience is required; however, candidates should possess a strong interest in construction plumbing and related trades. Basic knowledge of construction practices, hand tools, power tools, and blueprint reading is a plus. Familiarity with mechanical systems such as HVAC or plumbing components will be advantageous.

Experience with welding, pipe threading, or maintenance person tasks can enhance your application. Candidates should demonstrate good communication skills, a willingness to learn new skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
