The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding the product development teams, and ensuring the alignment of product features with strategic business goals. As part of the Senior Associate, Product Management - Commercial Banking AI/ML role, you will: The AI Product Manager oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of artificial intelligence products within Commercial Bank.

They collaborate with engineers and data scientists to define product specifications, while also working with marketing, ops, risk, lending, sales teams to ensure the products resonate with the market. Conducting market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for AI applications, techniques Their responsibilities extend to managing the product roadmap, prioritizing features, and making strategic decisions to balance business goals with technological & AI capabilities. Work with stakeholders across different lines of business including Commercial Real Estate, Corporate Bank, Capital Markets, Treasury Management, etc.

Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked. Charlotte, NC: $101,100 - $115,400 for Sr. Associate, Product Management McLean, VA: $111,200 - $126,900 for Sr.

Associate, Product Management Richmond, VA: $101,100 - $115,400 for Sr. Associate, Product Management Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter. This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
