Job title: Maximo Specialist Job Location: Washington, DC – Onsite Job Type: Fulltime Job Description: • Strong IBM Maximo Expertise: Hands-on experience in Maximo implementation, configuration, and integration with enterprise systems. • Technical Background: Knowledge of Maximo architecture, database (Oracle/SQL/DB2), and scripting (Automation Scripts, Java customization). • Project Management Skills: Proven track record in managing end-to-end Maximo projects using methodologies like Agile or Waterfall.

• Integration & IoT Knowledge: Experience with Maximo Application Suite (MAS), IoT integrations, and related technologies (MQ, REST APIs). • Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Ability to coordinate between technical teams, business users, and third-party vendors for successful delivery. Job Responsibilities: • Shall lead the assigned EAM initiatives and provide techno-functional support.
• Manage the project plan covering various parallel work streams, tasks, and dependent teams. • Manage the work outcome from other resources as well to ensure that it is as per the quality standards. • Adhere to a common set of best practice standards for project management, will foster effective and integrated planning and control mechanisms and tools, significantly reduce the risk of schedule and cost overruns, reduce the likelihood and impact of negative risks and issues on the project, and increase the ability to communicate and share program implementation information between various stakeholders as appropriate.
• Identify potential risks and mitigation strategies to reduce risk, remove obstacles, and ensure continuous deployment process. • Monitor and maintain the Enterprise Project Management (EPM) schedule, • Define, manage, and prioritize deliverables by getting feedback from all stakeholders. Qualifications: • IBM Certified MAS / Maximo Consultant (Deployment professional) • Proven experience (10+ years) in delivering Maximo implementation project with Project management skills.
