Senior UI/UX Designer - Remote

Our client, a rapidly growing tech startup revolutionizing the digital landscape, is looking for a talented and visionary Senior UI/UX Designer to join their fully remote product development team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of creating intuitive, engaging, and aesthetically pleasing user experiences for our cutting-edge applications. You will translate complex user needs and business requirements into elegant design solutions, influencing the product roadmap and shaping the future of our digital offerings.

This position is perfect for a creative problem-solver who thrives in a collaborative, remote-first environment and is passionate about user-centered design. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design process from concept to implementation, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity visual design. Develop user personas, journey maps, and information architecture to understand and define user needs and behaviors.

Create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications, adhering to design best practices and brand guidelines. Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to iterate and improve designs. Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs meet technical feasibility and business objectives.

Champion user-centered design principles throughout the organization. Maintain and evolve design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all products. Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.

Present design concepts and rationale clearly and effectively to cross-functional teams and leadership. Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of design excellence. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile applications. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, or similar. Solid understanding of user-centered design methodologies, information architecture, interaction design, and visual design principles.

Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and interpreting qualitative and quantitative data. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.

Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus. Familiarity with front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is beneficial.
