Upon completing our comprehensive training program, you will earn the Safelite SafeTech certification and acquire essential skills to perform glass repairs, replacements, and recalibrations autonomously. Your Responsibilities • Engage in paid learning and apprenticeships through both hands-on and classroom training.

• Assist in installing and repairing auto glass while actively observing. • Recalibrate automotive safety systems, troubleshoot, and conduct diagnostic testing. • Deliver additional products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Study and successfully complete assessments to become a certified Safelite Technician. • Safely operate company and customer vehicles, along with necessary tools and chemicals. • Perform other assigned duties in compliance with company policies.

What We Offer • Competitive weekly pay starting at $20.25/hour, increasing to $24.00/hour after training and certification. • Earn $5 for each set of wiper blades added for customer safety. • A comprehensive benefits package valued at over $10k, including 401(k) with company matching, medical plans, paid time off, holidays, and volunteer days.

Educational Requirements • High School Diploma or GED/Equivalent (preferred). • Valid state-issued driver's license (required). Experience Requirements • Must be 18 years of age or older (required).

Skills Needed • Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 35 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds. • Capability to stand for long periods, work in tight spaces, and bend/twist body as needed. • Proficient in using various hand and power tools safely and effectively.

• Adhere to all federal, state, and local laws while operating a motor vehicle. • Passionate about providing excellent customer service and exceeding customer expectations. • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and temperature extremes.
• Ability to handle chemicals safely, as required. • Flexibility in scheduling to meet customer needs. • Proficient in using computerized diagnostic tools for recalibrations and troubleshooting.
