Job Duties: Build cutting edge technology using the latest advances in deep learning and machine learning to personalize Pinterest. Partner closely with teams across Pinterest to experiment and improve ML models for various product surfaces (Homefeed, Ads, Growth, Shopping, and Search), while gaining knowledge of how ML works in different areas. Use data driven methods and leverage the unique properties of our data to improve candidates retrieval. Work in a high-impact environment with quick experimentation and product launches. Keeping up with industry trends in recommendation systems. Full-time telecommuting is an option.

Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or closely related quantitative discipline and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in related field.

Special Skill Requirements: (1) user modeling; (2) personalization; (3) recommender system; (4) graph representation learning; (5) deep learning; (6) data processing pipelines; (7) large scale machine learning systems; (8) big data technologies; (9) PyTorch; (10) Python; and (11) Apache Spark. Any suitable combination of education, training and experience is acceptable. Full-time telecommuting is an option.

Salary: $240,000.00 - $332,012.00 per annum
