Skills and Requirements • JavaScript mastery — closures, async/await, prototypes, idiomatic code • Problem-solving & self-starter behavior • React (or Angular/Vue with fast ramp) • Node.js (preferred for backend) • AWS literacy — console/IAM/logs/debug • API fundamentals — HTTP, status codes, pagination, auth CI/CD experience — owning deploys, rollbacks • DevOps exposure — Kubernetes, CloudFormation, Octopus, Rancher • System flow modeling (not DB schema) • Experience with automated deployments • Typescript (minimal use ~2%)
