Apprentice HVAC Technician

Our client is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join their team as Apprentice HVAC Technicians in **Baltimore, Maryland, US**. You will work alongside experienced technicians, learning all aspects of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning system installation, maintenance, and repair.

Responsibilities include assisting with the installation of new HVAC units, performing routine maintenance checks on existing systems, troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment malfunctions, and conducting basic repairs under supervision. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work environment, documenting service calls, and adhering to safety protocols. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a basic understanding of tools and mechanical principles.

While prior experience is not required, a background in a trade or vocational program is a plus. You must possess a valid driver's license and be able to pass a background check. This apprenticeship program involves structured on-the-job training and potentially formal classroom instruction to build your technical knowledge and skills.

You will be trained on various types of HVAC equipment, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation systems. Successful completion of the apprenticeship program may lead to full-time employment as a certified HVAC technician.
