Qualifications: • Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Maryland • CPR and First Aid Certification with a verified hands-on component • Documentation of a Negative PPD/Chest X-ray and Physical exam • COVID Vaccinated • State ID or Driver’s License • Social Security card and Work Authorization (If needed) • Previous experience in a home care setting preferred but not required • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care Key Responsibilities: • Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.

• Help clients with mobility by assisting with transfers, positioning, and range of motion exercises. • Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to nursing staff. • Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and hydration according to individual dietary needs.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to clients. • Pet Care • Document care provided accurately and timely.
