Automotive Technician/Mechanic We are looking for an experienced Automotive Technician/Mechanic to join our team in New Market. The Technician/Mechanic is responsible for swiftly and accurately performing automotive repairs and service in accordance with company and manufacturer standards while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Technician/Mechanic Responsibilities • Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency. • Diagnose, maintain and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes air conditioning, etc., using the Complaint (what is the customers concern), Cause (what caused the issue) and Correction (what will it take to correct the issue) method. • Test drives vehicles and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.

• Communicates directly with the Service Advisor so that customers are well-informed of any additional services needed. • Provides an estimate of time needed to complete repairs. Technician/Mechanic Qualifications • Previous Automotive Technician/Mechanic experience required • Must have own tools and storage unit.
• ASE certifications preferred. • Ambitious, hardworking presence in a team environment. • Able to work on all makes and models.
• Clean, valid driver's license. • Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality. • Enjoy working in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to collaborate effectively. • MD State Inspector License a plus*
