This role requires a strong understanding of medical terminology and documentation, as well as experience in assisted living facilities. You will oversee clinical services, support residents' health and well-being, and collaborate closely with caregivers, families, and other team members to ensure that individualized care plans are implemented effectively. This position requires a nurse who is not only clinically skilled but also deeply empathetic-someone who understands the unique needs of aging adults and individuals living with memory loss.
