Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Sheet Metal Worker to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and installing sheet metal components with precision and adherence to safety standards. This role offers an opportunity to work with advanced machinery and tools in a dynamic production environment, contributing to high-quality metal fabrication projects.

Duties • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements. • Operate CNC laser cutting machines, and plasma cutting equipment to shape sheet metal parts accurately. • Use hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment such as press brake machines, stamping presses for assembly and modification tasks.

Handle material movement with forklifts • Conduct quality inspections throughout the fabrication process to meet industry standards. • Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols at all times. Skills • Proficiency in blueprint reading and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing).
Experience with operation of CNC laser cutting, plasma cutting • Mechanical knowledge related to manufacturing processes and sheet metal fabrication. • Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, tooling equipment, and machining tools effectively. • Strong understanding of safety procedures invlving , forklifts and heavy machinery.
Basic math skills for measurements and calculations necessary for fabrication accuracy. • Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position requires a dedicated individual with a strong mechanical aptitude and experience in sheet metal fabrication processes.
