You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the Subsea and Seabed Warfare Branch of IMMEDIATE OFC OF CHIEF OF NVL OPS.Qualifications:Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate performing Program Analyst duties such as the following: • Planning and executing comprehensive program management activities through advanced knowledge of Planning, Programming, Budget, and Execution systems. • Managing and analyzing budgets, ensuring compliance with established guidelines and facilitating informed decision-making.

Evaluating strategic goals to effectively align resources with prioritized requirements, ensuring optimal support for mission objectives and organizational initiatives. • Collaborating and networking across multiple warfare domains to enhance the development of warfare capabilities. AND • Creating and articulating clear courses of action for complex resourcing decisions.
