Mobile Phlebotomist (Part time) - Newark

**Job Description** Getlabs is seeking PRN (as-needed) Mobile Phlebotomists to join our high-growth startup focused on delivering exceptional patient experiences. You will travel to patients’ homes or offices, perform safe and accurate blood draws, process specimens, and coordinate closely with operations and patient experience teams. This role requires adaptability, independence, and a genuine compassion for patients.

• Requirements and Qualifications** - Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency - Minimum 1 year of phlebotomy experience (mobile experience preferred) - Certification from a national agency (AMT, ASCP, or NCCT) - Proven track record of exceptional customer service - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to drive early hours (as early as 5 AM) and maintain a clean driving record - Physical ability to kneel, bend, stoop, climb stairs, and carry up to 15 lbs - Reliable transportation - Proof of first COVID-19 vaccine dose within 30 days of employment - Bonus: Fluent in Spanish • *Pay and Benefits** - W-2 employment at $23/hour - Flexible scheduling (PRN) - Mileage reimbursement - Work in a dynamic, mission-driven environment alongside talented colleagues - Company-mandated COVID-19 vaccination policy to ensure employee and patient safety • *Company Information** Getlabs is the leading platform for at-home diagnostics.
