Responsibilities • Draft correspondences and other formal documents.

Plan and schedule appointments. • Greet and assist patients in person. • Answer incoming telephone calls.
Develop and maintain organized filing systems. • Perform various administrative tasks to support office operations. • Supervise and provide support to the reception team.
Cultivate an inclusive and diverse working environment for all team members. Qualifications & Experience • Prior experience in front desk and administrative roles. • Experience in Clinical or Adult Day Care settings is preferred.
High School Diploma or equivalent. • Excellent communication skills. • Strong computer proficiency.
A positive attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. • Fluency in Spanish is required. Compensation • Competitive pay starts at $20-$22 per hour, depending on experience.
