The Ideal Candidate: • Mechanical Aptitude: You are more than just "handy." You understand how parts fit together and are comfortable working with tight tolerances. • Basic CNC Exposure: You have some basic experience or classroom knowledge regarding CNC operation, or you have worked in a machine shop environment before. • Tool & Gauge Proficient: You are comfortable using wrenches and power tools, and you are ready to learn precision measuring tools like calipers and micrometers.

• Reliable & Professional: You have a stable work history and a "get it done" attitude. • Read basic blueprints and follow technical instructions. • Perform quality checks to ensure parts meet exact specifications.
