Diesel Technician – Kenworth Bel Air, MD | All Roads Trucks Do you enjoy working with your hands and solving problems? Kenworth in Bel Air is hiring mid-level to experienced Diesel Technicians to join our growing team. We’re looking for individuals with strong mechanical abilities, attention to detail, and the drive to make an immediate impact.

Kenworth experience is a plus but not required. Compensation & Schedule • Hourly pay: $22–$35 (based on experience) • Sign-on bonus up to $5,000 for qualified candidates • Full-time Benefits • Medical, dental, vision, disability, life, and supplemental insurance (eligible the 1st of the month after 30 days) • 401(k) with company contribution • Paid time off and company-paid holidays • Tuition reimbursement program • Employee referral bonus program • Comprehensive paid training to achieve certifications • Career growth opportunities – we promote from within Responsibilities • Service, repair, and recondition Kenworth trucks as directed by the Service Manager • Diagnose malfunctions in hydraulics, electrical, and hydrostatic systems • Perform welding and fabrication work as needed • Recommend appropriate repairs and prepare cost estimates • Maintain accurate records of repairs performed • Communicate with the factory for technical assistance • Stay current with industry trends and technical advancements • Perform additional duties as assigned Requirements • High School Diploma or GED required • Valid driver’s license required • Diesel technician experience (Kenworth preferred) • Strong work ethic and ability to learn quickly • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills Physical Demands • Regularly required to talk, listen, stand, walk, use hands, and reach with arms • Must be able to lift, carry, and transport materials up to 50 lbs. frequently and occasionally more than 50 lbs.
