About the Team The Enterprise Document Management Platform team is responsible for managing over 15 billion customer related documents to support critical servicing and business needs.

We build and own reusable capabilities across the end to end document lifecycle. We’re looking for a Senior Associate to manage the platform’s real-time ingestion, deletion, and redaction capabilities which supports use cases for clients across the Enterprise. The individual will play a key role in safeguarding sensitive data and building capabilities to serve our clients in a well-managed way.

Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting.

Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked. McLean, VA: $164,800 - $188,100 for Manager, Product Management New York, NY: $179,700 - $205,100 for Manager, Product Management Richmond, VA: $149,800 - $171,000 for Manager, Product Management Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter. This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
