Senior Associate, Product Management - Portal UX & Travel Wallet Capital One Travel (COT) is a challenger to established legacy credit card travel franchises. In just 3 years, COT has emerged as the 3rd largest credit card travel franchise in the US. COT has a mandate to move fast and pursue big-ambitious goals.

This role falls under the broader ‘Customer Segments’ organization which is responsible for setting a clear vision, ensuring a connected customer experience, and driving growth across our customer segments- both Consumer and Business. This role is centered on growth, focused on 1) Improving the overall user experience of the ‘Travel Wallet’ which includes in-portal currencies such as Rewards miles, Travel Credits, 2) Expanding and improving the overall UX and usage of Travel Offers, which includes both Capital One funded as well as 3rd party funded Travel Offers (e.g. Destination Marketing Organizations ‘DMOs.’) throughout the Portal and 3) Supporting Portal enhancements that improve the overall customer experience on COT.

This person will Conduct Research and Discovery to understand customer behavior and needs as it relates to Rewards, Travel Credits, and Offers (i.e. Travel Wallet.) Own the Travel Wallet Strategy and product roadmap Oversee development and execution of new products, features and UX enhancements They will work closely with growth, marketing, commercial, engineering and operations teams to drive sustainable, product-led growth. The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

McLean, VA: $111,200 - $126,900 for Sr. Associate, Product Management New York, NY: $121,300 - $138,400 for Sr. Associate, Product Management Richmond, VA: $101,100 - $115,400 for Sr.

Associate, Product Management Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter. This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
