Sr. Project Manager - Commercial Transformation As a Senior Associate, Project Manager in Capital One’s Commercial Transformation Organization, you’ll work on the highest priority initiatives driving innovation, optimizing operational efficiencies, and fueling the bank's future. General Responsibilities: Drive medium to large scale complex cross-functional projects based on defined priorities; ensure scope of deliverables, timelines and budget are met; identify risks and issues and mitigate and / or escalate as needed; manage up and downstream project impacts.

Design, develop, and manage project plans in a complex dynamic environment, revising needs to meet changing requirements. Organize documentation and delivery of critical program best practices, bringing the ability to quickly put structure in place to manage work in a dynamic complex environment. Leverage problem solving skills to ensure project plans deliver on intent and maintain key project documentation.

Build relationships and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments. Juggle multiple priorities caring for visibility into delivery targets, commitments and progress. Identify ways to improve and streamline business processes.

Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Project Manager McLean, VA: $96,500 - $110,100 for Sr. Project Manager Richmond, VA: $87,700 - $100,100 for Sr. Project Manager Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.

This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
