We are a small service-disabled veteran-owned information and technology business founded on the basic principle of delivering customer mission success. RBR-Technologies is seeking a Software Engineer (level 1 or 2) to implement new JBlocks capabilities to support expanding data labeling requirements! Could it be you?

Responsibilities associated with the position include: • Develop new JBlocks capabilities for expanding data‑labeling needs. • Perform both development and enhanced testing. • Evaluate user issues and reproduce cases in development environments.

• Use Docker, GitLab, and CI/CD pipelines for development. • Performing software development within the eVo environment, including using tools such as GreyBox. • Applying knowledge of EDH1/2, ISM, CAPCO, and CUI standards.

Additional responsibilities associated with the position include: • Developing, maintaining, and enhancing complex and diverse software systems (e.g., processing-intensive analytics, novel algorithm development, manipulation of extremely large data sets, real time systems, and business management information systems) based upon documented requirements. • Providing specific input to the software components of system design to include hardware/software trade-offs, software reuse, use of Commercial Off-the shelf (COTS)/Government Off-the-shelf (GOTS) in place of new development, and requirements analysis and synthesis from system level to individual software components. • Reviewing and testing software components for adherence to the design requirements and documenting test results.

• Resolving software problem reports. • Utilizing software development and software design methodologies appropriate to the development environment. Basic Qualifications: • Active TS/SCI Polygraph • High proficiency in Java development.
• Java development experience. • Understanding of unit and integration testing. • Familiarity with PKI, REST, Linux, GitLab CI/CD, Docker.
• Level 1: Three years of related experience along with a Bachelor's Degree or higher in computer engineering or in a field related to computer engineering or computer science disciplines An additional 4 years of Software Engineering experience may be substituted for the degree for a total of 7 years. • Level 2: Five years of related experience along with a Bachelor's degree or higher in computer engineering or in a field related to computer engineering or computer science disciplines AND 2 years of work experience in the SIGINT, IA, or IT domains. An additional 4 years of Software Engineering experience may be substituted for the degree for a total of 9 years.
