Employment Type:Full timeShift:12 Hour Day Shift Description: Position Title: CNA Employment Type: Full Time Days Position Purpose: The CNA works in a collaborative environment at Holy Cross Health within the Cardiac Intermediate Care Unit to deliver excellent patient care assistance under the supervision and direction of a designated health care professional in accordance with policies and procedures. As delegated by a licensed nurse, performs essential duties appropriate to role while assisting with basic to complex patient care needs. Participates in direct one-to-one patient observation to maintain a safe and therapeutic environment. Assists delegated care team in keeping detailed records, clear communication and working with patients and families.

Minimum Qualifications: Currently enrolled in high school, in process of completing GED or has obtained high school diploma or GED. Pay Range: $17.89-$25.09 Pay is based on experience, skills and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.
