What You'll Do As an apprentice, you'll assist technicians with repairs, installations, and maintenance of residential HVAC systems. You'll learn how to communicate with homeowners in a professional way, work with advanced tools and technology like ServiceTitan software, and deliver the kind of high-quality service that builds customer trust.

Position Overview • Full-time HVAC Apprentice Technician • Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with opportunities for overtime • Based in Riverdale, NJ, serving Morris, Passaic, and Bergen Counties • $20–$25 per hour, depending on skills and training progress • Benefits include medical, life insurance, 401(k) with match, PTO, and year-round work What You'll Need We're looking for candidates who have completed an HVAC trade school program (or are close to graduating), hold a high school diploma or equivalent, and have a valid NJ driver's license. You should be comfortable climbing ladders, working in tight spaces, handling varied weather, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
