Position Overview We are looking for a motivated C-Level Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who understands the basics of automotive repair and wants to learn advanced diagnostics, Sprinter systems, and fleet work with hands-on mentorship. You’ll work alongside experienced technicians and gain exposure to high-level repairs at a pace that makes sense — no sink-or-swim.

Responsibilities • Perform basic automotive repairs and maintenance • Oil changes, inspections, brakes, suspension • Filters, belts, hoses, basic engine service • Assist with Sprinter van & fleet repairs (training provided) • Perform vehicle inspections and report findings clearly • Use scan tools for basic diagnostics • Keep work area clean and organized • Follow shop safety procedures • Communicate with lead techs and service advisors • Learn and grow into B-Tech and A-Tech responsibilities Requirements • Basic mechanical knowledge (school, shop, or hands-on experience) • Ability to use hand tools and basic power tools • Valid driver’s license • Willingness to learn and take direction • Good attitude, reliability, and attention to detail • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on vans/trucks Preferred (but not required) • Automotive school or technical training • Some diagnostic experience • Experience with vans, fleets, or diesel vehicles • ASE certifications (or working toward them) What We Offer • Competitive pay with regular reviews • Clear growth path (C-Tech → B-Tech → A-Tech) • Paid training and mentorship • Clean, organized shop environment • Modern diagnostic tools • No drama, no flat-rate pressure • Family-friendly atmosphere • Stable, long-term position How to Apply Send your resume or a short description of your experience to: info@droppinautorepair.com Or apply directly through this posting.
