Entry Level Maintenance Technician

The Role As a Maintenance Technician you will create an environment where our residents will love where they live by driving ensuring the comfort, safety, and satisfaction of our residents. You will report to our Property Managers. • HVAC: repairs, cleans, replaces, etc.

• Plumbing: repairs, replace parts, installation (sinks, toilets, faucets, etc.) • Carpentry: repairs and installs doors, shelves, countertops, locks, etc. • Painting: drywall/plaster repairs, painting • Electrical/Appliance: lighting, wiring, power circuits, replacing switches, lamps, etc. • Machinery: repair and maintain chillers, belts, pumps, fans, etc.
• Other duties as assigned • Ensure resident requested service orders are logged and completed on a timely basis. • Comply with all OSHA regulations and health, safety and environmental laws • Most importantly is the ability to provide exceptional customer service Qualifications: • No experience necessary, but a plus. • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong knowledge in troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems. HVAC certification is strongly preferred. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized and meet deadlines. • Able to be on-call to respond to after-hours emergencies. • Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs.
