What We Promise to Provide to You • Hourly pay: $17.00–$20.00/hour, based on experience and qualifications • Consistent, full-time work • Hands-on, on-the-job training alongside experienced technicians • Clear path for advancement and licensure • Tuition assistance with a one-year contract • Performance-based bonus opportunities: • $1,000 monthly bonus when revenue goals are met (after reaching technician level, first year) • Paid time off and paid holidays • Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance • 401(k) with 4% company match • Supportive, team-focused work environment What You’ll Do As an Electrical Apprentice, you’ll assist licensed electricians with residential service work while learning the trade from the ground up. • Assist with residential electrical service and installation work • Observe and learn proper electrical techniques, tools, and safety procedures • Maintain a clean, organized job site and service vehicle • Protect customer property (floor savers, job site cleanliness, etc.) • Handle tools, materials, and job documentation as directed • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and development activities • Represent the company professionally in customers’ homes What We’re Looking For You should consider applying if you bring the following to the table: • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn • Mechanical aptitude and hands-on interest in the trades • Strong communication and customer service skills • Professional appearance and behavior • Willingness to work hard, take direction, and grow • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Physical Job Requirements Candidates must be able to: • Lift up to 50 lbs regularly and carry equipment up to 250 feet unassisted • Safely use ladders and hand/power tools • Work in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and tight spaces • Tolerate dust, debris, and occasional unpleasant odors • Stand or work on concrete or uneven surfaces for extended periods • Work outdoors in varying weather conditions • Work more than 40 hours per week as needed Ready to Learn the Trade?
