• Lead and mentor crews in the field, ensuring high-quality workmanship and safety compliance. • Deliver outstanding customer service and clear communication with homeowners and team members. • Troubleshoot, repair, and install plumbing systems with confidence and precision.
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and complies with plumbing codes.
