Our client, a growing Machine Shop located in the Gibsonia, PA area is seeking an Entry Level CNC Machine Operator. About the Role Job Responsibilities mainly consist of, but not limited to: Responsibilities • Run CNC mills and lathes.

(Setup experience a plus) • Inspects parts for QC • Reworks parts if required • Troubleshoot equipment issues • Performs preventative maintenance on company equipment • Notifies production manager or purchasing agent of raw material shortages • Load and unload machines • Operate forklift after certification • Communicates project status updates to management • Documents red lines for the production manager/engineers • Completes projects and tasks assigned by management in a timely manner • Performs all other duties as directed by the production manager and/or management • Follow OSHA and UL requirements within industry and ZPM business standards during the development of new products • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized working environment Qualifications • Education: One semester of CNC training or equivalent work experience. Required Skills • Basic understanding and able to operate CNC, hand, and power tools. • Ability to read/write at a high school level.
