Our Apprentice Program is designed for individuals who want more than just a job, it’s for those looking to learn a skilled trade, work with premium products, and develop the foundation to one day run their own installation business. Over the course of this 12–15 month, paid apprenticeship, you’ll receive hands-on training in custom window and door installation while working side-by-side with experienced, top-performing installers. You’ll learn not only how to install windows and doors the right way, but also how a successful installation business operates behind the scenes.

Upon successful completion of the program, Apprentices earn the designation of Renewal by Andersen Certified Master Installer and are qualified to pursue subcontracting opportunities with long-term growth potential within the Renewal by Andersen network and beyond. What You’ll Learn & Do • Perform residential window and door installations alongside skilled professionals. • Learn to recognize installation challenges and apply practical, real-world solutions.

• Gain a full understanding of the installation lifecycle, from preparation to completion. • Follow industry-leading safety standards and quality control practices. • Interact with homeowners in a professional, respectful manner that reflects our premium brand.
• Support warehouse operations and inventory management as needed. • Build foundational knowledge of operations, logistics, and partnerships that support future business ownership. Who YOU Are • Motivated by learning a skilled trade and building a long-term career.
• Entrepreneurial-minded with interest in future business ownership. • Comfortable using hand and power tools safely and effectively (construction experience is a plus, not a requirement). • Able to assess challenges, think critically, and problem-solve on the job.
• Calm under pressure and able to stay focused in fast-paced environments. • Organized, dependable, and strong with time management. • Customer-focused, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work and service.

Work Environment • Work is performed inside andoutside of residential homes in varying weather conditions. • Warehouse and material-handling duties may be required. Physical Demands • Ability to lift and carry 75–100 lbs.

• Comfortable working at heights, including ladders and scaffolding. • Ability to stand, kneel, crouch, bend, and twist for extended periods. Travel Requirements • Willingness to travel to job sites throughout Northeast Pennsylvania • Mileage reimbursement provided per company policy Preferred Education & Experience • One year of construction experience preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
