Apprentice Plumber

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Apprentice Plumber to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the plumbing industry while working under the guidance of experienced professionals. The Apprentice Plumber will assist in various plumbing tasks, including installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems, while developing essential skills for a successful career in plumbing.

Duties • Assist licensed plumbers with the installation and repair of plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings. • Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various plumbing tasks. • Participate in construction site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

• Help with pipe threading, assembly, and maintenance of plumbing fixtures and systems. • Collaborate with team members on remodeling projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship. • Develop basic math skills necessary for measuring, cutting, and fitting pipes accurately.

Skills • Basic knowledge of plumbing principles and practices is preferred. • Familiarity with construction processes and terminology. • Experience with hand tools and power tools commonly used in plumbing work.

• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on field service tasks. • Knowledge of pipe threading techniques and carpentry skills is advantageous. • A maintenance person with background or experience in maintenance work will be considered an asset.
