Entry Level Position for Mechanic / Technician.

If you don't like to work with your hands - don't apply.** Job Summary We are seeking a Mechanically Inclined individual to join our team of home elevator mechanics. No experience installing elevator is necessary.

The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and experience in related home improvement fields, such as HVAC technician, solar inhalation, electrician. Or similar such as an auto mechanic. The role includes installations of elevators (heavy work), troubleshooting and repairing equipment.

If you don't already know, you'll learn how, to work on with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), hydraulics, and various electrical systems. The successful applicant will demonstrate excellent analysis skills and customer service abilities while ensuring the efficient operation of machinery. Duties • Installing home elevators (physical work).

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on Hydraulic, electrical drum, and pneumatic vacuum elevators. • Framing the floors, walls and shafts for retrofit applications. • Utilize programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for install & troubleshooting • Collaborate with the technical sales team to provide insights on customer needs and equipment performance.
• Interpret schematics and diagrams to diagnose issues effectively. • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities • Execute field service tasks, addressing customer concerns promptly and professionally. • Apply electrical knowledge to work with high voltage and low voltage systems as required.

Qualifications • Proven experience as an industrial mechanic or electrician, preferably within a home improvement environment. • Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience. • Ability to operate tools such as ohmmeters for electrical diagnostics as well as basic hand tools such as hammer drills.

• Excellent communication skills in English and also in Spanish. • Strong analytical skills to identify problems quickly and implement effective solutions.
