As a Senior Product Manager on the Core Processing team , you will lean in on the strategy around Posting Transactions- helping to define the guiding principles of accepting transactions within the ledger, how core data fits into the larger transactions landscape, and more. From posting transactions and calculating interest in real-time to managing the integrity of credit limits, Core Processing has touchpoints across the customer lifecycle- and your work is the foundation upon which the entire customer experience is built. We are looking for a strategic leader who thrives in ambiguous, high-stakes environments .

You don’t just manage a backlog; you are a master at connecting the dots across our organization. You understand how a change in a core calculation ripples out to the mobile app, the customer’s monthly statement, and our financial reporting. The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting.

Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked. Chicago, IL: $182,500 - $208,300 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management McLean, VA: $200,700 - $229,100 for Sr.

Mgr, Product Management New York, NY: $219,000 - $249,900 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter. This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
