UX Designer II

• This is a full-time in office position* APPTIUM Technologies is looking to hire a UX Designer II to help conceptualize, design and deliver extraordinary user experiences. You will play a key role in creating intuitive and engaging user experiences across our digital products. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams—including senior designers, developers, and business stakeholders—to transform complex requirements into clear, user-friendly solutions.

This position offers the opportunity to contribute to the full design lifecycle, from concept to implementation, while growing your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment. JOB DESCRIPTION • Collaborate across teams to design user experiences from initial concept through development and testing, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility. • Translate requirements into actionable design deliverables, including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and detailed specifications that guide development.

• Conduct usability testing and user research to validate design decisions, identify pain points, and incorporate feedback into iterative improvements. • Support senior designers by contributing creative ideas and assisting in solving complex design challenges while maintaining consistency with established design systems. • Review and enhance existing applications, recommending UI/UX improvements that increase usability, accessibility, and overall user satisfaction.
• Maintain clear documentation of design standards, patterns, and guidelines to ensure cohesive experiences across all products and platforms. • Advocate for user-centered design principles, balancing user needs with business objectives and technical constraints throughout the project lifecycle. REQUIRED SKILLS • Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field.
• 3–5 years of UX design experience. • Proficiency in wireframing, prototyping, and user research. • Strong communication skills to present ideas clearly.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS for prototyping (JavaScript optional). • Experience with design tools (Adobe XD, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator). WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?
